Disney Newport Bay Club Convention Center is located within the hotel and has a total surface area of 4,600m2 comprising large, bright and comfortable modular spaces that can host between 60 and 1,500 people.
Grand Ballroom
The ballroom comprises 1,770m² of bright modular space that can host up to 1500 people and be divided into 6 smaller spaces, making it the ideal room for your event.
Meeting rooms
Up to 20 modular meeting rooms. Our Convention Center can adapt to your event: discover our modular spaces to plan team meetings, workshops or smaller group sessions. Our meeting rooms from 25 to 137 m² can accommodate from 8 to 140 guests, depending on the chosen configuration.
